General Terms & Conditions

1. Students Live Cheap works to keep up-to-date with all promotions being offered by all participating establishments, however cannot be held responsible where an establishment has altered or removed a promotion.
2. Students Live Cheap cannot be held responsible for access being denied to Students, to any establishment herein the website due to it being the establishments right to refuse entry.
3. Students Live Cheap shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law. Any requirement of legal action shall hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

SLC Book Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Students Live Cheap are in no way affiliated with participant buying / selling their books on the SLC Book Sale.
2. Students Live Cheap may not be held responsible for any failed payments between buyer / seller.
3. Students Live Cheap maintain the SLC Book Sale on a weekly basis. Once submitted, your post will be listed from the next SLC Book Sale update and will be active for one week when it will be removed along with all the other listings.

SLC Website Advertisement

1. Students Live Cheap advert spaces are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
2. Advertisement spots are sold in month contracts, from the beginning of each month.
3. Students Live Cheap require payment in full for any advertisement space wishing to be booked.
4. In  the event of a cancellation in advertisement, notice of 2-weeks must be given less payment be retained by Students Live Cheap.
5. Advertisement artwork/graphics must be supplied no less than 5 working days before the beginning of the contracted month. If no artwork has been submitted, or without contact informing of a small delay, Students Live Cheap will consider this a cancellation and retain payment for the advertisement spot.
6. Advertisement artwork/graphics must be supplied in .gif, .jpg or .png format and accurate to the size specified in your advertisement space. If there is failure to submit valid artwork/graphis in time, or no further communication returned in the event of artwork needing re-submitted, Students Live Cheap will consider this a cancellation and retain payment for the advertisement spot.
